Description

The AGV K1 S Mugello is a premium race-inspired full-face helmet developed using AGV’s MotoGP engineering from flagship models like the Pista GP R and Corsa R. Designed for sport and daily riders, it combines aerodynamic performance, superior ventilation, and certified safety with the iconic Valentino Rossi Mugello design.

The helmet is constructed using a high-resistance thermoplastic (HIR-TH) shell and features an integrated aerodynamic spoiler for superior high-speed stability. The spoiler also functions as a passive rear vent to extract hot air efficiently. The ventilation system is further enhanced by AGV’s Integrated Ventilation System (IVS) with multiple front air intake vents and rear exhaust ports, ensuring consistent airflow and cooling.

It features a Ultravision scratch-resistant visor offering a wide 190° horizontal field of view. The visor is ready for Pinlock® 70 MaxVision™ anti-fog lens (sold separately) and includes a micro-opening system for controlled ventilation. AGV’s XQRS quick-release visor mechanism allows tool-free visor removal and replacement within seconds.

The interior padding is made from soft Dry-Lex fabric, fully removable and washable for hygiene and comfort. The helmet is designed with a snug Euro-Fit racing profile, providing a secure fit ideal for sport riding. It includes space for generic intercom systems and is suitable for riders who wear spectacles.

Certified under ECE 22.06 and DOT safety standards, the AGV K1 S is equipped with a secure Double D-ring retention system and a contoured lower shell profile designed to reduce the risk of collarbone injuries.
