1. Eligibility for Refund & Return
Refunds and returns are available only for products that include a warranty. Products without warranty are not eligible for any form of return, replacement, or refund.
2. Conditions for Return
Returns are only accepted under the following condition:
- Physical damage during shipping – If your product is physically damaged during transit, you may request a return or replacement.
- Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a clear and complete unboxing video starting from the unopened package to the moment the damage is shown. This is required to validate any claims of damage during shipping.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Attach your unboxing video and a short description of the issue.
- Our support team will verify your request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products without warranty.
- Products returned without unboxing video evidence of damage.
- Used or installed products.
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery date.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the product is received in our facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by GearZone.in only if the return is due to shipping damage on a warranty product. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
